P. G. Garodia School started from a humble makeshift room in 1969, and has been the flagship institute that pioneered Garodia Education’s tomorrow-ready thinking. Today it has blossomed into an incredibly successful institution with classes from playschool to standard X. The school focuses on the holistic development of children through a structured curriculum that follows the ICSE syllabus. The institute eliminates the need for rote learning by placing importance on the practical understanding of concepts. It has also replaced examinations for primary students with constructive assessments. The learning is hands-on and project-based, and delivered by well-trained faculty across Primary, Middle and High School.

The approach has created three generations of successful individuals who enjoy learning, efficiently apply core concepts learnt, and articulate thoughts and ideas effectively using verbal and written communication skills in various forms and contexts. Students are empowered to use technology to access information, communicate and capitalise on cross-curricular possibilities. We encourage teamwork, help children showcase their skills and bring their individuality to the forefront. Student representatives to the USA - Global Young Leaders Conference also interact with global students as well as UN officials.

music, art & cultural activities

Students are trained in Indian and western music by well-versed teachers. They are encouraged to be creative with plenty of opportunities to display their talent through the choir, school band, and the annual concert. Our students participate and win laurels at various inter-school competitions and excel in dramatics and dance at the school and inter-school level.

sports

We train students to be physically fit, build a sense of team spirit as well as coach them to excel at inter-school, district, state and national levels in competitive basketball, handball, table tennis, football, chess, carrom, badminton, gymnastics, yoga and other activities.

project tours

Students are taken on field trips and study tours where they interact with the locals, observe the functioning of industry, learn about waste management, historical aspects and more.

IAYP & interact club

International Award for Young People aims at the overall development of students and includes training in valley crossing, rock climbing, cooking, numismatics as well as community service. While the Interact Club develops the social service skills of students to support the lesser fortunate, differently-abled and the aged.
